Excellent opportunity to own a well-established mobile home park featuring 10 rental lots plus a stick-built home on-site. All 10 lots are currently rented, with some long-term tenants in place. Rents have been increased in Feb. 2025, so there is a potential for additional rent increases.
Key improvements include well and pressure tanks replaced less than one year ago. The stick-built home features a new roof (2022) and a new bathtub (2023). While the home does require some interior remodeling, it presents a great value-add opportunity for additional income or future resale. The tenant in the stick-built home has been in place for 26 years. All septic tanks were emptied and inspected two years ago and found in good condition.
