As a native of the Charlotte Metro area, I have watched the changing skyline and the market move into a thriving metropolitan city. I service the entire Metro area, including Lake Norman, Cabarrus, Iredell, and Union Counties. In 1999, I was awarded the Rookie of the Year for the Charlotte Metro area. I use my extensive prior background in legal real estate, with a concentration in title examination, loan document preparation, and contract preparation, as an extra tool for my clients.
