Kelly Goggin
Kelly is a native of the Grand Strand area. She is a full-time, top-producing agent in Myrtle Beach. Her prior real estate business first began in Scottsdale, AZ, over a decade ago. She brings a tremendous amount of business and financial experience to the table in negotiating and promoting her clients' best interests. She is very skilled in marketing, social media promotion, and delivering purpose-driven results in all aspects of her work.
She specializes in Luxury properties along the Grand Strand in neighborhoods and communities such as the Grande Dunes, Pine Lakes, Waterbridge, Plantation Lakes, The Bluffs, Briarcliff Acres, Pawleys Island, and Debordeiu, to name a few.
Kelly graduated with a BBA in Finance/Real Estate from Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA. Following graduation, Kelly spent several years in a variety of corporate finance/banking and consulting positions, including Real Estate Investments and Securities (Series 6/63), honing her negotiating skills along the way.
