Kathy Merlo, an award-winning REALTOR®, has spent the past decade helping clients accomplish their dreams and goals in the world of real estate. Kathy started her real estate career in 2009 and has had tremendous success growing her business every year in the Wilmington and Charlotte markets, while consistently being a top producer. Kathy is a member of the Cape Fear REALTORS® Association and Pine Valley Country Club in Wilmington, NC, the Charlotte Regional REALTOR® Association, and the Lake Norman Home Builders Association. She previously served on the UNC Charlotte Athletic Foundation, Charlotte Home Builders Association Board of Directors, and Cowan’s Ford Golf Club at Lake Norman Board of Directors. Kathy also has a passion for participating in charity work for many organizations, including Habitat for Humanity, United Way Campaign, Children’s Miracle Network, and Make-A-Wish Foundation.
